- Albumin, from Bovine Serum, Fatty Acid Free无脂肪酸牛血清白蛋白 BSA Description： 牛血清白蛋白（Bovine serum albumin, BSA）是常用的试剂。在血液中，白蛋白与游离脂肪酸紧密结合在一起，形成zui简单的脂蛋白复合物。常规方法纯化的BSA难以有效去除其结合的脂肪酸。除了特别纯化的BSA产品外，市售的普通BSA试剂含脂肪酸量的范围一般是: 每mol BSA含0.2~1.5 mol脂肪酸。然而，一些生物医学研究要求使用不含游离脂肪酸的BSA，否则BSA所含高浓度的脂肪酸将影响细胞培养、分化、代谢反应、生化测定等。例如，在3T3-L1脂肪细胞分化过程中不能使用普通BSA试剂，否则影响分化和细胞代谢状态；在测定培养的组织细胞释放的游离脂肪酸浓度时，也必须用不含脂肪酸的BSA，否则难以准确测定三酯水解和游离脂肪酸释放。 我们提供的无脂肪酸牛血清白蛋白，经过专门的去脂纯化处理，脂肪酸含量≤0.002% （w/w），或在1% BSA溶液中脂肪酸浓度< 2 µmol/L。同时，内含量极低。经过脂肪细胞培养实验和游离脂肪酸测定实验的检测。 本产品脂肪酸含量低于Sigma 的同类产品A8806，且含量高出两个百分点，达到98%，但价格仅为其50%。目前已经使用本公司提供的无脂肪酸牛血清白蛋白用户已经达到200个实验室以上。
