Acryl-Glide™ provides a hydrophobic coating for electrophoresis plates to prevent gel/plate adhesion. Compatible with denaturing and non-denaturing gels. With Acryl-Glide™, coated plates can be reused several times with a single application and still allow for smooth and complete transfer of gels without breaking or gel/plate adhesion. This product has been functionally tested on denaturing and non-denaturing polyacrylamide gels and has no effect on migration distance or resolution of nucleic acids.
